How It Works

For insulation professionals

1. Create an account and your profile. Add your positions, years in the trade, insulation types, equipment, and certifications. It takes a few minutes on a phone.
2. Confirm your email and phone. That earns the Foam Genius Verified badge, and it lets you message people.
3. Set your availability. Available Now, Available Soon, Project Work Only, or Currently Working. We will remind you to confirm it every 30 days so employers know it is current.
4. Say what you want. Permanent jobs, temporary or seasonal work, project work, hired gun work, weekend work, or relocation. You can pick "Anywhere" if you will move or travel anywhere.
5. Get found, or go find work. Employers search the network and send connection requests. You can also apply to jobs or say "I'm interested" on project work with your profile. No forms to fill out twice.

Your privacy

You choose who sees your profile:

• Public: anyone can find it. Visitors who are not logged in see a short preview.
• Members Only: only people with an account.
• Employers Only: only companies with a live company page.
• Confidential: employers see your experience, but not your name, photo, or bio, until you accept their connection request or apply to their post. Good if your current employer does not know you are looking.

Your phone number and email are never shown on your profile. Pay can be shown to anyone, to members only, or kept private.

For employers

1. Create an account and your company page. Add where you work, what you spray, your crews and rigs, and what you offer.
2. We review it. A person on our team checks every new company before it goes live, usually within one business day.
3. Search the network. Filter by position, location, experience, foam type, equipment, certifications, availability, travel, and relocation.
4. Connect. Send a request to connect. The professional can accept, decline, or ask for details. When they accept, you can message them and see their full profile.
5. Post jobs and project work. Jobs are permanent positions. Project Work is short-term: crew size per position, duration, travel, per diem, and lodging. Every post shows pay.
6. Review applicants. See who applied, how they match your requirements, and shortlist or message them. Shortlisting opens messaging and lets them know.

Reviews

After you connect, you can review each other. Companies review workers on quality, reliability, communication, and professionalism. Workers review companies on communication, payment, whether the job was as described, working conditions, and professionalism. Profiles show the overall rating, who would hire or work with them again, and the written reviews. The person reviewed can post one public reply.

Only people who actually connected through Foam Genius Network can review each other. Workers who review a company are shown by their position, not their name.

Connect first, then talk

Nobody gets cold messages. The first contact is always a connection request, an application, or "I'm interested". Messaging opens when the other side accepts. Phone numbers and emails stay private until you choose to share them.
